Leaves is a family business run by Nico, an Italian professional chef, and Sabine, a Dutch health researcher.

We dream of bringing this balance to every table, helping you create food that is delicious AND good for you, everyday.

Our first line of products is a first in the world range of Artisan Pasta, wheat-free, made with organic Irish wholegrains combined with gourmet ingredients like truffle, seaweed or hempseeds. We make it following the italian tradition and we slow dry it at low temperatures to preserve its texture and nutrient value. Learn more here.

And for every pack of pasta you buy, you collaborate to make a child happy, thanks to our exciting partnership with Make A Wish Ireland. Their goal is to grant wishes to children with life-threatening conditions.

At Leaves Ventures we provide healthy and delicious food solutions through a wide range of services. Next to our Pasta, we offer an exciting event catering service, specialised in stunning fingerfood for corporate and private occasions (check leavescatering.com).
